Tek&Lion is a start-up company which offers several Swiss watchmaking activities and is comprised of 3 departments:

  • Education with l'édahV (école des arts horlogers Villeneuve)
  • Watchmaking stays

Tek&Lion's Founder and CEO is Michèle Betouche. Mother of 4 children, Michèle has been immersed in the watchmaking world her entire life, between Fleurier and La Chaux-de-Fonds and family and friends in the industry. She left Switzerland for Canada at a young age to learn English, then returned to obtain a CFC in Hotel Management. Michèle is also a qualified teacher of French as a foreign language to adults and taught in Baden and Zurich for 10 years. Returning to the Swiss-French speaking area of Switzerland, Michèle worked with Eurotel, Johnson & Johnson and Siemens Feldschlösschen in the legal departments. Energetic and determined, she also resumed her studies in Naturopathy and Complementary Therapies, opening her own practice in Neuchâtel. Following changes in her private life, Michèle is now settled in Valais and launched Tek&Lion in Villeneuve, on the doorstep of Montreux in canton Vaud.
